Rettler Corporation provided master planning, site design, bidding administration and construction management services to facilitate the development of this multi-use athletic facility for the Stanley-Boyd School District. This athletic facility development project provided new facilities for the districts football, baseball, softball and track and field athletic programs. The project was developed in three phases starting with the construction of the track and field facility starting in spring of 2015, construction of the plaza, concessions, restrooms and parking facility in 2016 and the construction of the baseball and softball facility in 2017.

The improvements included the following elements:
  • 8 Lane, 400 Meter Running Track & Field Events
  • Synthetic Football Field
  • 2500 Capacity Grand Stand
  • Masonry Concession, Restroom, Ticket Booths, Press Box and Scorers Booth Buildings
  • Baseball and Softball Fields
  • Athletic Field Lighting
  • Parking and Drop off
  • Decorative Concrete Plaza Spaces
