Rhinelander, WI
Rettler Corporation provided master planning, site design, bidding administration and construction management services to facilitate the development of a multi-use air inflated structure complex and adjacent sports fields. The $8.5M project is the largest K-12 air-supported structure in the nation consisting of 128,000 square feet of space and includes:
  • A field striped for full sized football and soccer, 2 regulation size softball fields and 4 futsal fields
  • 4 tennis courts that are also striped for 10 pickleball courts
  • Sport courts can be placed on the tennis courts and used as full size basketball courts, volleyball courts or for wrestling or gymnastics
  • A 5 lane 100m straight track, pole vault runway, long jump/triple jump and field markings for a 200m track
  • Batting cages and golf simulator
In addition to the Hodag Dome, the project included development of:
2 softball fields, 1 baseball field, a new shot put and discus area, a practice football/soccer field, parking lots, storage building, concession building improvements.
