Design and construction management for an athletic complex in Manitowoc, Wisconsin included the following:

• Synthetic surface football/soccer field with shock pad

• Recognition paver walk, 50 feet long by 4 feet wide

• Visitors grandstand with 500 seats, enclosure storage system with rollup doors

• Elevated plaza at main entry

• Reconstructed high jump with polyurethane track surfacing and new track striping

• LED stadium lights

• Relocated scoreboard with new sound system

• Redeveloped natural practice field, new discus and shot put

• Construction started May 15, 2018 and was completed August 17, 2018.
