Rettler Corporation’s team assisted the Village of Ashwaubenon and Ashwaubenon School District with services including site master planning through site construction management. The improvements at Klipstine Park included construction of a new community center and redevelopment of the park’s parking and drives.  Updates to the park also included pedestrian paths, redevelopment of an existing baseball field and storm water management features.  

 

Rettler Corporation coordinated throughout the project’s planning, design and construction with an Environmental Engineering firm to excavate and consolidate PCB contaminated soils within the redeveloped baseball field.  The project also included several different levels of clay and natural soil caps to seal the contaminated soils per WIDNR requirement.
