Ki Mobility's new corporate headquarters in Stevens Point, Wisconsin was constructed in the summer of 2016.  This 74,500 square-foot building addition supports the design, development, construction and shipping for this innovative wheelchair manufacturer. Seven acres of site development accompanied the construction of their new facility.  Included as part of the site development program was a 146 space parking facility for administrative and factory staff, a four bay semi loading ramp, decorative paver entries and patio spaces, building signage and ornate landscaping. ADA  accessibility was a key focus as part of the site design.  Rettler Corporation provided services for site master planning, site design and engineering, bidding assistance and construction observation as part of the project.  State and local stormwater, sewer and potable water design and permitting services were also provided.
