This athletic complex project consists of design and construction management of a football stadium, baseball stadium and softball stadium. Football stadium improvements included the following:

• Synthetic turf football/soccer field with shock pad

• Scoreboard with video board and sound system

• Decorative arch entryway

• Grandstand skirting

• Resurfaced polyurethane track and track events

The baseball and softball stadium were developed within the Milwaukee River floodplain and required a floodplain study/permit and wetland permit.  Improvements included the following:

• Synthetic turf  infield for both baseball and softball

• Scoreboards

• Sod outfields with underdrain and irrigation

• Concession building with restrooms

• Retaining wall

• Baseball backstop netting system

• Dugouts

• Black vinyl coated fencing
