Rettler Corporation assisted the Green Bay Area Public School District with redevelopment of the stadium at Preble High School. The new stadium features a multi-use synthetic turf field and an 8-lane running track. The 2200 person capacity grandstand and press box is complete with an upper viewing platform and storage enclosures. Additionally, new buildings house concessions, restrooms, ticket booth, and two-story team room/storage. Located in a highly developed area on a land locked parcel on Green Bay’s east side, this project required extensive planning to address setbacks and variances, grade challenges, elevation of the adjacent roadway, and stormwater management. Over 400 lineal feet of 96 inch diameter detention piping was incorporated under the field to meet stormwater requirements.​
