Rettler Corporation provided distress report analysis, master planning, site design, bidding administration and construction management services to facilitate the redevelopment of the existing tennis facility at Fond du Lac High School.  This tennis facility redevelopment project included removal of the existing courts and base infrastructure.  Existing soil conditions on site required additional attention to details when constructing the facility to account for frost susceptibility and to ensure the longevity of the playing surface.
