Rettler Corporation provided master planning, site design, engineering, permitting, bidding administration to assist Portage County with the redevelopment of the Green Circle Trail Head at Schmeeckle Reserve.  The primary redevelopment program as part of the project includes a new overflow parking facility, amphitheater, open air pavilion, restroom facility, plaza spaces and regional trail head connections.  

 With existing wetlands present, careful consideration had to be made during the design to maintain these natural communities during the development of the overall master plan. Rettler Corporation provided construction observation services during the construction of the project during the summer of 2020. The overall budget for the redevelopment project was $800,000.
